The title of the role is Knowledge Management Specialist
BTW This will be a generalist role having 2 years' experience in KM is desired.
AODocs experience is preferred but not required.
More need high-quality work mindset, attention to details, extensive experience with Google sheets and ability to multitask along with skill in prioritization.
Consultant's "Basic Services" include the services set forth in the Agreement, as well as the following services and all services reasonably inferable therefrom or incidental thereto:
1) Electronic document management system (" AODOCS "):
a) Contractor will undergo training on and become proficient in clients' electronic document management system (henceforth referred to as " AODOCS ").
b) Contractor will support the Design Execution (DX) and Knowledge management (KM) team on all document related requests.
c) Prepare documents for uploading into AODOCS .
d) Prepare folder structures to be uploaded to AODOCS .
e) Follow established documentation processes and procedures, provide guidance and training to various stakeholders, both internally and externally in regards to
i. documentation-related topics and issues.
2) KM Tools Support and Maintenance
a) Contractor will support the development and maintenance of KM tools as requested by the owner, which can include but are not limited to:
i) Data Center Info Portal (DCIP)
ii) Tracking and reporting tools such as PIL, ASANA, Document Index, and other related tracking documentation.
3) Reporting
a) Contractor will provide regular status updates on project progress, workload, and other owner requested information related to KM projects
4) Audit and Review
a) Perform audits of new and existing documentation for standards compliance that include file naming, metadata tagging, formatting, and related.
b) Perform audit checks of document indexes against document uploads for completeness and missing files.
c) Audit document metadata for completeness and perform metadata updates as needed before and after upload.
5) Recommendations
a) Propose recommendations for improvement on AODOCS systems and processes based on the audit duties and other duties assigned.
b) Propose recommendations on additional staffing levels required to eliminate the backlog of work.
6) Training
a) At owners request, the contractor will provide training and onboarding services on document uploading processes and maintenance procedures.
